Day 4

Get to get out w/ friends. Water bottles filled. Will make snack. Probly apples. Coffee to go container & a chai tea bag.

Breakfast
Left over French press coffee mixed w/ chai tea & milk =dirty chai tea latte. 1/2 raw apple w/ peanutbutter & rest of apple in a biscuit pie.

-I opened a chai tea tea bag and ground the stuff down to a fine powder. Mixed olive oil mix w/ sugar apples & tea powder for filling. Took 1 biscuit to make mini pie crust. Sprinkled unground tea on top. Baked 20 min. Indian chai tea has cinnamon, clove , allspice, cardamon, anise & peppercorn. It's savory sweet & provides micro nutrients/minerals that limited over processed diets may lack.
Over all 10 min to make & 20 min to bake can get ready while cooking.
5min clean-up 2 bowls, 1 mortar/pestle ,1 spoon, knife & cutting board.
