Day 2

Breakfast
So apple, peanut butter & coffee

Lunch
yogurt w/ nuts mixed in(apart of the yogurt package), apple, peanut butter & chai tea.

Dinner
Bow Tie pasta w/ red sauce & Cajun mix. Olive oil/balsamic mix, organic chicken & brown rice. My husband still ate some but I like cooking so less food for me later. Plus I made apple biscuit pie balls( kinda like humbow Chinese buns)
-take a doughy biscuit pull it like a pizza to make it thinner. In the center of the biscuit dough, place a tablespoon of sugared apples. Pull dough to cover entire apple lump so apples are in center of dough ball. Bake 350 for 30 min or till golden. My husband had one too but w/ coco syrup & butter added. I just had plain & it was good.

1.72 got me a few organic drumstick on sale...Dinner mmmmm
1.28 got milk w/extra acidophilus.

Midnight snack

So dinner was rest of spinach salad mixed w/ cheese,mushroom, peas, turkey & bacon bits sauté w/ bow tie pasta w/ organic red sauce & dried onion bits.Plus my husband had half...he doesn't do the challenge but eats any leftovers!

So midnight snack was apple w/ peanut butter...
4$ for sack of organic apples but worth it!
